It’s been a few weeks since I’ve had a chance to post a menu. I’ve missed having my meals all planned out for me already. So, without further ado:

Homecoming dinner at church
We’ll be going to Dollywood on Friday with the school, so I’ll pack snacks and sandwich stuff but we’ll eating at least one meal in the park itself.

Isn’t having a menu plan wonderful? And not having one awful? I haven’t worked one up for this week yet, but I need to. Your salmon cakes sound yummy, are they anything like crab-cakes? We make Zuchinni Patties (cakes) and they are similar to crab cakes. Very yummy! I might have the recipe on my blog, I’m not sure. I can’t wait for zuchinni to come in so I can enjoy it 😛 How is your garden? I got alot of mine planted Saturday (late, I know) and now it’s supposed to be cool this week! I hope the corn seeds don’t get the idea that it’s ok to just rot and not germinate…
