New Chicks are here – Round 1!

My new buff orpington chicks are here! We ordered 16 and they sent 18. They always send extra in case some don’t survive the trip. The good news is they all made it!

So, the guy that my husband works with will be taking at least 6, including the one cockerel (the one with green on his head, LOL). My eggs are due to hatch by Monday ~ so more baby chick pics to come!
