Menu Plan: 06/14 – 06/20

MPM

We don’t have a lot planned for this week, which is a good thing. I’m just hoping that the weather will cooperate this week so that I can finish painting the trim for the little coop and maybe (just maybe) I can finally get my garden out.

Here’s my menu plan for the week.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Sandwiches
  • Leftovers

Dinner (in no particular order except for Sunday):

  • Sunday: Small Group will have pot luck dinner
  • Salmon Patties (did not make them a couple of weeks ago)
  • Crock Pot Beef Stew (did not make it last week)
  • Spaghetti with sauce (maybe garlic bread)
  • Poor Man’s Soup
  • mini taco scoops
  • Leftovers

Menu Plan 06/08 – 06/13

MPM2

Thanks to VBS last week, I did not have to cook supper at all!  WOW!  They fed all the workers as well as the kids so that really helped me time-wise.  Since I did not have to cook last week, I will be carrying some of last weeks meals over to this week.

Breakfast:

  • Eggs, bacon/hashbrowns, & toast
  • Homemade muffins
  • bagels with cream cheese

Lunch:

  • Sandwiches
  • Leftovers

Dinner (in no particular order):

  • Baked potato soup
  • Spaghetti with sauce, and possibly garlic bread
  • Crockpot beef stew with homemade rolls
  • Grilled steaks with baked potatoes, grilled corn on the cob, & rolls
  • ??????
  • leftovers

I’m short one meal at this point.  I can’t seem to think of something right now.  LOL.  I’ll figure out something, I’m sure.

Menu Plan of 06/01 – 06/07

MPM4

Since we’re having VBS this week at church, I’m going to plan easy meals that we can “grab and go” with. It may be not be the most nutritionally balanced, but it will keep us fed and happy. This week also starts my new budget of $300! Wish me luck starting this. I should be basically set with most of my ingredients. I should only need to fill in with some fresh fruits and veggies and milk for the most part.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Sandwiches
  • Leftovers

Dinner (in no particular order):

  • Refried bean burritos (using leftover pinto beans)
  • Chili
  • Baked potato soup
  • Spaghetti with sauce, and possibly garlic bread
  • Crockpot beef stew with homemade rolls
  • leftovers
