Sara McLachlan: Laws Of Illusion

I have the happy privilege of being one of the first be preview Sara McLachlan’s new CD. The Grammy® award winning, multi-platinum singer/songwriter is set to release her long awaited new album, LAWS OF ILLUSION on June 15th.  This is her first studio album of brand new material in 7 years, and I do think that she’s done a wonderful job!  The good news is that her new CD is being released to the public tomorrow, June 15th!

I have to say that I have really enjoyed listening to her newest CD and I will definitely be adding to my iPod to listen to on a regular basis.  All of the songs are easy to listen to (for me, that means that I can understand all that’s being said and easily sing along if I want to), and Loving You is Easy, the first single off of her new album, is catchy and a joy to listen to.

Sara McLachlan has a career that spans more than two decades.  She has over 20 million career sales to date and, every one of Sarah McLachlan’s studio and live albums has been certified gold, platinum, or multi-platinum by the RIAA.  She has also performed on Jay Leno and Dancing With The Stars.   She is also performing in the return of the historic all-female Lilith Fair festival this summer!  From 1997 through 1999, Lilith Fair was one of the highest grossing touring festivals in the world, with over 2 million fans in attendance and raising over $10 million dollars for national and local women’s charities.

So, head on over the Amazon and order Sara McLachlan’s newest album Laws of Illusion.

I know God doesn’t give me more than I can handle. . .

But I really wish that He didn’t trust me so much sometimes.

Sorry for my long absence.  We had vacation bible school at church all last week which kept me extremely busy trying to keep up with work and be in charge of the food all week, and then my 3-month-old laptop up and died yesterday morning.  I won’t go into a lot of the boring details, but suffice to say that it was a nightmare of a day is putting it very mildly.   I know I still have several of you that I need to follow back on from the previous week’s blog hops, but I ask that you please be patient.  I am frantically trying to get my NEW laptop set up with all the software that I need and more ready for me to do my medical transcription on.  Thankfully, my loss was minimal since I don’t leave a lot of important documents on my laptop, but I still lost some things that I’m trying to recover.  So, I’ll be around, but probably scarce for another couple of days.
