What a wonderful day today was.  Not only did I get to spend some great quality time with my family picking tomatoes & bell peppers (we missed you, Melia!), but I also got to see a friend that I haven’t seen in several years.  AND… She sent me home with lots of oregano to dry (see the 2 bunches lying in front of the baskets?) and various herbs out of her herb garden to help me get mine up & going. 

All in all, it’s been a very fruitful day in more ways than one.  I can’t wait to get back together with her again.  Thank you, Laura, again, for your wonderful hospitality.  We all had a wonderful time & look forward to getting together again soon!
