It’s definitely time for me to get back into menu planning. We’ve had a bunch of “monkey wrenches thrown into the works” here lately, but it’s past time to try and get back to some sense of normalcy again. So, here’s my menu for the week:
Breakfast:

We should have enough leftovers from a few dinners to not have to worry about planning something for each day, which will be a blessing and help me continue to ease back into my daily routines.
