Menu Plan: 03/13 – 03/19


Well, last week’s menu ended up being a bust.  We all ended up sick so nothing past Monday was used.   Thankfully, the meats that I needed had been portioned out & frozen so nothing went bad, which is definitely a good thing.   I am even more thankful that we all seem to be on the mend.  God has really blessed us this winter in that we have really missed all of the major illness & just wound up with a really bad cold-like virus.  I’m very thankful that’s all it was.  This week, I’ll continue to push the fresh fruits for breakfast & snacks.   
Here’s our menu plan for the week:
  • Fresh fruits (we have mangos, apples, & oranges as of Monday)
  • Eggs
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal
  • Yogurt


  • Sandwiches
  • Leftovers
  • Fresh fruits
  • Yogurt


  • Sun:  Shephard’s Pie
  • Mon:  Beef Goulash
  • Tues: Pancakes, bacon, & eggs
  • Wed:  Spaghetti with homemade garlic bread
  • Thurs:  Leftovers
  • Fri:  Chicken & Broccoli
  • Sat:  Cheeseburger Pie
